2010 Jazz Audition Information - Tuesday, Nov. 23
Jazz Ensemble (Monday & Wednesday evenings 6 - 8 pm)
Jazz Lab (Wednesday afternoons 3:15 - 4:30 pm)
The jazz experience at Rahway High School features with two full big bands studying the art of improvisation and the styles of swing, funk, latin, and many more genres. Many students study in the jazz art form as part of their small group instrumental lessons.
RHS Jazz Bands also serve as great ambassadors for our town, and have performed with some great guest artists, including; Grammy Award winner Chuck Mangione and the Late Show with David Letterman’s Al Chez.
